Shipping, Delivery & Receipt

We look forward to serving you in a reliable manner that matches your aspirations in providing this service. Therefore, we hope that you will provide us with your clear address so that we guarantee fast delivery. Your address must include your building, villa, or apartment’s address number with the name of the street and the city. In addition, your name and your phone must be noted. Before applying for your order, you must check the product description very carefully and agree to commit to the Terms of Use of the website.

We’re shipping orders through the “home delivery” service daily, except for Fridays, official holidays, public holidays, and events, and delivering them within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation. The “home delivery” service is a “door-to-door” service in most cases. However, we apologize that the service is not implemented in some cases due to the limited delivery company in some remote areas or in the event that the address or residence of the user is not clear enough.

Delivery Charge

If the order is requested inside Saudi Arabia with a greater cost than 500 SAR, the customer will be exempted from the estimated delivery fee of 35 SAR.

However, in the event that the order is requested from the Arabian Gulf with a lesser cost than 1000 SAR, an amount of 50 SAR will be charged for delivery service.

In the event that the customer chooses the cash-on-delivery method of payment, he/she shall bear an additional fee of 35 SAR inside Saudi Arabia or 50 SAR for the Arabian Gulf (outside of Saudi Arabia).

In the case of shipping outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (international shipment), the shipping period depends on the international procedures of each country. and your shipping order can be tracked via the shipment number sent to you through a text message or an e-mail. Some taxes may be imposed for international shipments, which the customer will bear. Therefore, we’re not responsible if your order is damaged while shipping or returned through customs.

 

Replacement & Returns

Cancellation

We’re fully aware that sometimes you may change your mind about buying. If you change your mind before receiving your order, all you have to do is contact customer service to cancel the order, and we will do our best as possible to cancel it if your order has not already been executed. In this case, we will consider the cancellation as a return. Please refer to the Returns section below for more information. In any case, you can always contact our customer service, who are glad to provide you with proper assistance. Regarding requests for cash-on-delivery, if the customer repeated the cancellation or does not receive the order from the delivery company without any reason, the company will reserve the right to cancel the cash-on-delivery payment method for this customer.

Returns

If you received a product you didn’t request, or if the product you received was damaged or defective, you can return the product without any return fees added.
